This doesn’t look like the usual Gemini stuff, but it is. It was originally a kit produced by Bits ‘n PCs (probably for the Nascom-2) and was taken under the Gemini umbrella.
The original design used 2 multi-pole push switches mounted on the PCB, along with the sockets for the EEPROMS. This builder has moved all those off-board and produced a very neat, enclosed unit.
